"I called Dean from Bellingham Appliance Repair after having gone through an absolutely horrendous "service/repair call" from Sears/A&E (third party). Sears was a hot mess to work with and they sent a ridiculously unprofessional and unqualified tech who did not fix my fridge (in fact, he tried to get me to buy a $349 part that did not need to be replaced). I called Dean in a slight panic at about 4:30 that same day, he sensed my urgency and found a slot for me at 5:30. He was prompt, professional and did a great job diagnosing and fixing my refrigerator. It works like a charm and he even called me a few days later to make sure everything was working well and see if I had any other questions. This guy is a diamond in the rough!"

Whenever we call, Dean answers. He talks you through the problem to see if it can be resolved on the phone first. (No charge.) If not, then an appointment is scheduled for the same day or ASAP. Necessary parts are ordered with no mark up to the customer. A follow up appointment is scheduled to install the part.
